We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all goods. We happily refund any items returned unused, undamaged and sealed. If you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, please contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and refund. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs if you ordered item by mistake or changed your mind. If a product is returned due to our error i.e. incorrect item shipped, we will also refund any return shipping cost you acquire.

Delivery

All items sold are UK stock and we aim to dispatch our orders on the same day (orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday) or within 24 hours from the purchase at the latest. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way.

We work with various couriers depending on the size of your order. We aim to deliver your item within 48 hours (UK mainland) from the dispatch time. This may vary depending on the carrier and service used. For Northern Ireland, Channel Island, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man delivery may be longer 3-5 working days. There are also some weight restrictions for items shipped to Channel Island therefore we reserve the right to cancel your order if the item purchased is above the the weight limit.

A lot of our products do not require you to be at home to take delivery as they will fit through your letterbox. In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take the delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure, a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office. For larger items delivered by a courier service, they will also leave a card and attempt redelivery up to 2 times after which if still not delivered the item will be returned back to our warehouse.

We automatically dispatch all orders to the PayPal registered address, therefore if your address is incomplete or wrong, your delivery may be delayed or returned back to us.

We also participate in the eBay Global Shipping program which allows our overseas Buyers to reduce the cost of international shipping on their purchases.

Damages

Should you not receive your order within 7 days from the purchase or you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us via eBay messaging system and we will investigate this with our carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please remember that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 7 working days have passed for UK deliveries. We ask that you ensure you report any items not received within 40 days of dispatched as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.
For any items that arrived damaged we will require a photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging in order to raise a claim with our service provider. Please note that the process can take up to 14 days once the claim is accepted to obtain a full refund. We are unable to refund the money on the same day the damaged item is reported.
