This is an Ambico camera tripod with a model V-0555 replacement shoe, part # 45-0555.  It can extend all the way up to around 54".  It's in good shape.  There's a little cosmetic wear on it here and there.  Nothing major.  I'm not sure if the legs can be opened out all the way.  As open as I could get them was what's in the pic, then they stopped.  There may be a knob that's supposed to go on the side of the center shaft and help open it up more, and if so it's been broken off.  Or, that may be the way it's designed to open up and that's as far as they go.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.  Thanks for looking!
