Description
This is a double-breasted ordinary airmans greatcoat, made from blue/grey wool.
The jacket has brass RAF emblem Firmin-made buttons - 6 to the front, one each side under the collar, one each side to hold the epaulettes and 2 on each sleeve.
The epaulettes hold rank insignia for Wing Commander.
The jacket has an embroidered RAF emblem to each sleeve, 2 front pockets and is finished with a belt.
The jacket has a military maker's label to the inside, reading:

A rare item in excellent condition.
