Condition:
Heavily used vintage condition – This 1976 D-28 shows significant modifications and wear typical of a well-played vintage instrument. The bridge and saddle have been excessively sanded, causing the string windings to improperly contact the saddle, which may affect tone and intonation. The pickguard is missing, and an additional strap pin has been installed. Despite these issues, the neck is described as being in surprisingly good condition for its age, and the instrument is still set up and playable with no noted dead notes or major playability issues at the time of inspection. This is a true player-grade vintage guitar with structural compromises but remaining functional use.
