For sale is this lovely French Neoclassical cast bronze panel depicting 3 people driving a chariot. From the style and the method of casting, I would estimate it was made in the late 18th or early 19th century, around 1790 to 1820. It measures about 11 x 28 centimeters and weighs 476 grams. It is signed "Lasserre" on the front, and on the back the initials of the foundry look like "L.H. No, 1." Condition is good with a nice oxidation patina. A seam in the back from the casting process. Otherwise minor wear only.
The items I sell are fully guaranteed to be as I have described them. I often go on buying trips in the U.K. and to France so keep checking my page. I happily accept returns if you are dissatisfied with an item.
