The cardboard base has some wear most notably on the red floor but overall it’s still in very good condition considering it’s age. The walls are in very good condition. The curtains are all present but could do with a wash as Pippa has neglected her housekeeping over the decades!!

The box has the usual wear you expect from storage but with the exception of a small square that has been cut out of the front (about 1.5 inches x 1 inch) but is overall presentable with good graphics.

Incredible for it to have survived so well considering it’s cardboard!!!
