1. Clamping test products: according to the shape of test products and customers' drop of test products, use universal clamping device to clamp test products (whether test products need clamping device or not depends on customers).

Start to set the test stroke, loosen the fixed handle on the electromagnet bar with the left hand, move the bottom end of the electromagnet fixation bar to a height greater than the required drop height of 4cm (at this time, the drop height is not very accurate), then screw down the fixed handle slightly, and attach the required steel ball to the electromagnet.Make the bottom of the steel ball perpendicular to the required height scale by slightly moving one end of the square ruler perpendicular to the required height scale scale on the drop bar, then screw down the fixed handle.
3. Start the test, press the down and down button, the ball will fall freely, and impact the test product. Repeat the test and replace the ball test or product test according to the customer's needs.

1. Make the center of the steel ball to the center of the fixture, and fix it well.
