This is a lot of 4 Lee jeans.  They are:

Lee Platinum Label women's jeans, with a 31" waist and a 29 1/2" inseam.  They fit below the waist.  They're in good shape. 

Lee regular fit jeans, size 42 x 32.  They're 80% cotton and 20% polyester.  They have a few spots of small, very light stains on the front legs, and a couple on the back of the legs.  They're hard to notice at first glance, and you could probably just wash them all the way out.  There's also a tiny worn spot in the middle of the back between the pockets.  Very minor stuff.  Otherwise, they're in good shape.

Lee L653 Modern Series jeans.  They are relaxed fit, and are bootcut.  They're in good shape.  The waistline size number on the label is faded, but the inseam number on the label says 32.  I took a tape measure out to measure the waistline and got a measurement of roughly 39 1/2".  I measured the inseam and got 31", even though the label says they're 32", so the inseam is around that length.

Riders relaxed women's jeans, size 12P (petite).  They're 99% cotton and 1% lycra spandex.  They're in good shape.  There's a small worn place at the corner of one of the back pockets, but it's nothing too bad.  It can be sewn up, if you wanted.  If you have any questions feel free to ask.
