Q1: Does this solar security camera support 5G wifi connection?

A1: This camera only supports 2.4Ghz netowrk, 5Ghz is not supported. If you are using dual-band netowrk, please make sure the camera connect to the 2.4Ghz network.

Note: 5Ghz≠5G. 5GHz Is One of Two Bands For Wi-Fi while 5G Is The New Cellular Standard.

Q2: My camera won't connect to the app. How to fix it?

A2: Check power (indicator on). Update our ANRAN App to the latest viersion. Enable location & Bluetooth on your phone. Try "Reccinfigure Network" in-app. Reset by holding reset button 10s till light flashes if failed, retry setup.

Q3: Is there any hidden fee for this camera?

A3: No, this camera has no hidden fees. It supports up to 128GB sd card for storing videos. Cloud storage is chosen based on your needs. Therefore, this camera does not require monthly fee.

Q4: Does it support 24/7 continuous recording?

A4: No. Battery camera doesn't support continuous recording as it need to save power for a longer ife. It only records when motion is detected.

Q5: How long does this solar camera last on a single charge?

A5: Actual battery life depends on several factors such as the number of times motion is detected,event recording duration, and environmental temperatures. The more motion events are detected, the more power the camera consumes.
