Payment

We are happy to accept paypal or credit/debit card payments.  To pay  by card, call Maggie or Mike  on the number in the contact details in office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm)

We will only dispatch items once we have received cleared funds ? so if you pay by echeque we will wait until we are notified that the payment is complete, which can be up to 9 working days.

Returns

At Hutt Imports we like to keep our customers happy this means we try to use best practise in all our dealings.

If there is any query about or problem with the item you receive contact us asap and we will always do our best to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.

We have a no quibble returns policy. if the item is faulty we will do all we can to ensure you get a replacement or a  refund if that is what you want.  If the item is returned in new condition then we will refund the original purchase price but not the cost of the return postage.
