There are 5 cables and 5 adapters.

This is a standard AC/DC Adapter (often called a "wall wart").  This is a lower voltage adapter.   It will not charge a cell phone quickly!!  Not intended for cell phones.

The cables are USB to USB-C

Power SpecificationsInput: $100\text{--}240\text{V} \sim 50/60\text{Hz}$, $0.6\text{A}$

Max.Translation: This is "universal voltage," meaning it can be used globally with just a physical plug adapter for different countries.

Output: $12\text{V} \operatorname{--} 2000\text{mA}$ ($2.0\text{A}$).Translation: This provides 12 Volts of direct current. If you are looking for a replacement, the replacement must be exactly 12V. The amperage (2000mA or 2A) can be equal to or higher than this, but never lower.

Connector DetailsPolarity: The diagram shows a Center Positive configuration. This is indicated by the symbol: $\ominus \text{--}(\cdot \text{--} \oplus$. The "plus" sign points to the center dot, meaning the inside of the barrel plug is the positive terminal.

Plug Type: While the label doesn't list the physical dimensions, this specific model (manufactured by Shenzhen Honor Electronic) almost always uses a 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC Barrel Plug. This is the most common size for 12V electronics like routers, CCTV cameras, and LED strips.

Safety & EfficiencyEfficiency Level VI: This is the highest current standard for energy efficiency.

Certifications: It carries the UL Listed mark (safety for US/Canada) and the FCC mark.Indoor Use Only: Indicated by the house icon, meaning it isn't waterproof.
