| Condition Description | There are scratches and dents throughout the guitar, as well as some tarnish/rust on the metal parts, but the overall damage is minimal considering its age. The truss rod works well, with ample room for adjustment in both forward and backward bow directions. The neck curvature has been adjusted with the rod. While it is nearly straight, a critical judgement reveals some overall waviness. The frets have been filed down, which may result in a slight reduction in fret height overall. [Weight] Approximately 2.85kg. Please note that photos have prioritized noticeable damage. Due to image limitations, please understand that there may be scratches or damage that cannot be fully captured or depicted in the photos. The product description is based on the inspection conducted prior to listing. In rare cases, changes in condition that occurred during the display period may be discovered during the final inspection after your order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm. *Please assume that any accessories not listed in the images or product description are missing. *If there is no mention of "original," "parts replaced," or "repair history," we cannot make any definitive statements regarding the specifications or condition. | Additional Info | This highly sought-after Japanese-made Casino, manufactured in 1996, is a must-have! While popular since its inception as the "Beetle Gear," the Japanese-made Casino's Height quality has garnered increasing attention as production has shifted from Matsumoku to Terada Musical Instruments, Korea, and China. This instrument is from the orange label period, when Terada Musical Instruments took over production from the now-defunct Matsumoku and moved production to Korea. While hidden away during the Matsumoku period (late 1970s to around 1987), Terada-made Casinos are just as popular as Matsumoku-made ones, thanks to their reliable quality and rich tone. Furthermore, this instrument is in excellent condition! Experience the power of Terada Musical Instruments, the company still responsible for Epiphone's top-of-the-line Elitist series. |
