Details: A beautiful mid-century style souvenir made of clear, molded Lucite (acrylic). The building features a "frosted" texture to represent the windows and the iconic Art Deco setbacks. It is mounted on a vibrant blue translucent base that creates a cool "glow" effect when placed near a light source. Includes the original "MADE IN USA" foil sticker on the bottom.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. The Lucite is clear without major yellowing. The spire is fully intact, though it shows a tiny bit of the original manufacturing "snip" at the very tip (visible in photos). No major chips or cracks.
