When using the eBay Standard Envelope, eBay limits the number of items to three or fewer, with a maximum combined weight of 3 ounces and a maximum thickness of 1/4 inch. eBay will issue a tracking number when using eBay Standard Envelope or USPS Ground Advantage rates. Item(s) weighing less than three ounces that are not eligible for the eBay Standard Envelope rate will ship via USPS letter rate and do not include eBay tracking. Please consider using USPS Informed Delivery, a free tracking service, for delivery information.

Eligible items may be shipped using a cardstock insert, a dealer sheet or card, or in a semi-rigid mailer for added protection. Unsealed covers may include an archival-safe poly insert to reduce the risk of future foxing and may also feature an archival-safe poly sleeve (we may combine sets within a sleeve).
