With this unit, you will be able to use the player on any TV with the included HDMI adapter. You will also be able to transfer videos from VHS tapes onto your computer via USB (instructions included with product). 


Does this listing include a DVD burner? No, The VCR/DVD player by itself is not a DVD burner. However, If you desire to burn the digitized files onto a DVD, you would need a computer with DVD burning capabilities. If not; you could transfer them onto a memory card and take them to an applicable store where you could then burn them onto a disc.

Software to digitalize your videos is included with a CD and paper instructions. Software works with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. If your computer does not have a disc player, you can alternatively download OBS Studio for free online for the transfer process. If you have a Mac, you can simply use QuickTime Player.


YOUR VHS Tape's Quality:

Tape Condition: The quality of your VHS tapes is critical to digitizing and DVD quality outcome.. Older tapes stored in poor condition and or with mold may not produce high-quality digital files, regardless of the capture card used or DVD burner used (if applicable).
