We accept returns and we will give you a full refund except the shipping  payment for the piece purchased if the item is shipped back within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning shipping. 

We need to be notified of the return of the item and it must arrive to us in the same condition we sent it out in. Item that have been altered in any way, such as sizing, setting center stone,are not eligible for return or exchange.There will otherwise be a restocking fee assessed.

Return policy does not apply to any custom work or any pieces that were modified (other than resizing). Resized items are returnable for a full refund for the cost of the item with the exception of eternity bands. Items that were modified or custom pieces are subject to a restocking fee upon return. Custom design fees and service/shop fees are non-refundable. Any services, modifications, custom add-ons, special orders or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 1: Send us a photo or drawing of your perfect ring or piece of jewelry.

Step 2: We will provide you a full detailed estimate to meet your specific requests.

Step 3: We re-create the piece via CAD to be approved by you. We send you your choice of the design or the physical wax model. We will perform as many revisions to the CAD design as you request (within reason) until you are completely satisfied.

Step 4: Once the design is approved, we will proceed to manufacture the piece until completion. We will send you photos of the finished product for confirm and shipping out.

All our Jewelry items warranty which covers any irregularities not related to normal wear and tear. Such as diamonds comes loose or needs to be replaced, you can ship us back the item with the diamond and the replacement is free. If the diamond is lost, we will replace at a nominal cost, even after the warranty period.
