Payment
On Buy It Now items, immediate payment is required. If multiple similar B.I.N. items are purchased and paid for, email us so we can determine the shipping discount and refund the difference to you. For Accepted Offer purchases and Auction Items payment or communication must be received within three (3) days of auction closing. If you require more than 3 days, please email us immediately and we will be glad to make other arrangements with you.

Shipping & Handling
Most items are shipped either the next day or in two days however, we have a (3) three-day handling window to ship your items to you. Our warehouse is located 10 miles from us so as a result it may take a few days to retrieve, properly package, and ship.
Glass and Ceramic Items
Glass and ceramic items may require a $5.00 to $10.00 handling fee for additional packing material to ensure safe delivery.
Domestic Shipping
Items will be securely packaged and shipped via USPS First Class if 16 oz. and under and FedEx SmartPost, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority for items 17 oz. to 25 lbs. Large, heavy, or bulky items will be shipped most economically with FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, and UPS Ground. Delivery Confirmation or tracking number on all items shipped.
Insurance may be required on items totaling over $899.00 and is included in the total shipping charge unless otherwise noted. Items lost in shipping may require up to 14 days of research before a refund is issued.
International, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Email us with your postal code or address before bidding so I can send you an accurate shipping amount. All Duty Fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any possible delays due to customs procedures of any respective country.
Return Policy
100% refund if not completely satisfied. We pay for the Return Shipping! and You have up to 30 days to return an item. Return postage and shipping amounts will be refunded back into your PayPal account once we receive the item back in its original condition. Only items marked As-Is do not apply to the Return Policy.
Communication:
We try to answer your questions promptly before the auctions end however; we can’t guarantee an answer within the last 12 hours of any auction.
Sales Tax
As per eBay, Sales Tax on purchases will be collected in the States that mandate it and will be added to your total amount due at checkout.
