2. Combined measurements: Bypass the measured distance to the nearest whole number. For example, if the measured distance is 23.8 inches, round it to 24 inches.
3. Verify end-to-end space: Verify that the measured distance covers the entire span of the staircase. From the beginning to the end of the staircase, make sure the handrail is long enough to cover the entire distance. Ensure that the length of the handrail matches the actual distance of the staircase without neglecting any potential obstacles or gaps.
4. Record the measurements: Record the measured distance, including the combined dimensions. This will be the exact dimensions you need to purchase your outdoor stair handrail.
