The truss rod works well and has ample room for adjustment in both forward and backward bow directions. The neck has been adjusted with the rod, but there is a slight rise from the joint. This adjustment has been made to ensure playability. While this has been partially compensated for with the settings, some buzzing may be felt depending on your playing style.
