WSTP supplies only the BEST good used transmission hard parts.

• All pieces are visually inspected thoroughly to ensure you are receiving a top-quality part.
• Used hard parts are completely disassembled, cleaned, and packaged. Extra packaging is done to prevent rust or damage in shipment.
• The number of pieces you see in WSTP’s picture is the amount you will receive. Please confirm that you are ordering everything you need.
• WSTP does not remove used bushings but does recommend replacing them.
• WSTP removes all seals, frictions, and most soft parts. You must replace them before installation.

If you receive anything that is incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or not up to your standards; please report it to WSTP staff by either phone or email within 3 days of receiving your part.

No replacement or credit will be given if the part has been installed

Any part received that is incorrect, damaged, or not up to the quality you need must be reported (with a response) within 3 days of receiving the part. ONLY if a replacement is not available credit will be given for the part. If a replacement is refused or you do not end up needing the part, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed after we receive the part back. Any part that has been installed cannot be returned for credit. There will be no warranty, returns, or credit given on **USED** valve bodies, they are SOLD AS IS.
