TERMS and CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT:

• Immediate Payment is Required for all Bullion Coins, Rounds and Bars.
• For all other Categories, payment is expected within 24 hours of sale.
• After 4 days of non-payment the transaction will be cancelled.

 

HANDLING TIME:

• We typically ship within 1 Business Day of Receiving Payment. 
• Shipping is Monday thru Friday.   No FedEx on Fridays. 

 

SHIPPING:

• Since we offer free shipping, we reserve the right to choose between USPS and FedEx, selecting the carrier that best meets our needs.
• A tracking number will be uploaded to eBay when a label is generated. You can track your package from the Seller Hub.
• For Sales, including combined invoices of $500.01 to $999.99 a Direct Signature will be required upon delivery.
• For Sales $1000.00 and higher, your package will be shipped via FedEx Express and will require a Direct Signature upon delivery.   No post office boxes accepted. 
• FedEx does not pick up on Friday.  Friday packages will be shipped out on the following business day.

 

 

LOCAL PICK-UP:

• Please Contact us in advance to arrange for Pick-Up.
• Our Contact Information is available once you place your order

 

RETURN POLICY:

• NO Returns Accepted for Bullion!
• All other Categories have a 30-Day Return Privilege.
• All items must be received by us in the same manner in which they were shipped.
• Any sealed item in which the seal has been broken is not acceptable for return.
• Your Refund will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and approval of the item by us.

 

SALES TAX:

• Handled by eBay!

• Unless otherwise stated, or part of a multi-quantity listing, you will receive the item shown in the listing.

 

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

• We do not ship outside the United States!
