 NO RAM/SSD/HDD/CADDY OR SCREW/OS. We do very basic cleaning on laptops-You may or may not have to thoroughly clean when you get the item and that may include removing stickers and sticker glue residue. Length of Battery or CMOS battery's life cannot be determined or guaranteed. No AC adapter/charging cord. In used working conditions. No issues with the screen . Could be missing some back plate screws. Used with some light to deep Scratches/marks/scuffs/possible small dents to lid and back plate. Could have some rough areas to the edges. Please look at all the photos.
