Zipp 303 NSW Clincher Rim Brake FRONT Wheel with minimally use

Purchased to use in crosswinds.  Beautiful front wheel with hardly any wear on brake tract

Always used inner tube. Not sure if this wheel  is tubeless(although I think it may be) wheel so PLEASE REVIEW photos.
