How to know which one is Tray 1?

We have numbers marked at the center of the Tray-holder.

Each time you refill the food and reposition the tray, make sure Tray 1 is always at the food serving position to ensure proper operation.

Does food serving/heating position has cooling as well?

The heating/serving position does not have cooling plate under, but the whole chamber is cooled down while the door and lid are closed, so it can also get some cooling effect.

We do not suggest put food in tray 1 for more than 4 hours before serving.

Why does the feeder close the lid and reopen during the feeding duration?

Our feeder is equipped with motion sensor, during each feeding session (duration range from 15min to 4 hours max), the lid will automatically close if no eating is detected for 5min in order to preseve freshness, and will reopen when cat approaches.

How many feeding plans can I set in a day? Can I put enough food in the trays and revolve around twice in a day?

Yes you can set multiple feeding plans in a day, there is no limit on the number.

And yes you can put food and set multiple feeding plans in sequence to revolve the trays and serve more than once a day.

What happens if the Wi-Fi is unstable? And what happens if I unplug and relocate the feeder?

Feeding plans are stored on the device, temporary Wi-Fi outage has no affect on feeding plans.

If you move feeder within same Wi-Fi, feeding plans remain unchanged. But if moved to a new Wi-Fi then the feeder need to be reset to connect to new Wi-Fi.
