Description

Fender Telecaster 1968-69 Used Electric Guitar 1960

This is a vintage custom 1968-69 Fender Telecaster equipped with a Bigsby tremolo.
This instrument, from the early CBS era, features details characteristic of that period, such as the black logo, F-key tuners, and F-stamped neck plate. Its appeal lies in the aged feel of the neck and the rich resonance unique to vintage instruments.
While it currently has a Bigsby B5 installed, the Bigsby unit has been replaced, and the body has been drilled for string-through-body mounting. Therefore, it's not in completely original condition, but it combines the traditional Telecaster specifications with the smooth vibrato of the Bigsby, expanding its expressive range. Combined with its vintage look, it's a truly atmospheric instrument.
The condition shows age-appropriate weather checking, dents, and tarnishing on the metal parts, but it's in good player's condition. The neck condition is stable, the frets are about 70-80% remaining, and the truss rod has plenty of adjustment range in both directions, making it a reliable instrument for practical use. Rather than being aimed at collectors who are strongly committed to originality, this guitar is recommended for players who want to enjoy the sound and feel of a vintage instrument in actual performance.
