Payment Details:

Payment is required within 7 days of the end of an Auction or “Buy it Now”. If a buyer wishes to make payment at later time period, please message us first to discuss.

We accept the following type of payments:

- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Shipping:

Orders are generally dispatched in one business days (NOT including weekends)from cleared payment.

All orders require a signature on receipt of delivery , please do make the requests for order to be left at premises such as, leave at the door if no one is home, or leave behind the back of the house/premises etc.

VLAND is not liable for redelivery fees as a result of:

a) Purchasers not being present at the time of an attempted delivery; or b) Purchasers failure to pick up an item from the carrier upon being notified of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier.

Customers will be able to track their orders online, with the tracking information provided (via Ebay) once orders are dispatched.

VLAND do not take responsibility for broken or lost items via transit. These incidences can occur, but are rare, and we will do everything possible to assist you in the unfortunate event if it does.

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours until payment cleared.

Orders will be shipped from our US warehouse directly.

Most parcels can be delivered within 1-7 working days.

Does NOT factor in weekends and local public holidays.

Return Policy
The Return Policy stated in Ebay under the Ebay Postage & Payment tab are :
• 30 days after buyer received it.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

In addition to the above,
if the return is the result of customer ordering mistake or change of mind, then :-
• 20% restocking fee apply to all returns
• Buyer pay return postage & Insurance
• Original postage paid are non refundable

Warranty:

Parts are covered with a 12 month limited conditional warranty provided by the manufacturer and applies to all parts sold, unless otherwise stated at the time in the listing description.

The warranty covers the replacement of the part(s) only, and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labour or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part(s). We will issue a replacement part(s) at no cost (Postage costs for posting out replacement parts will be the buyer’s responsibility).

In some cases the faulty/defective part(s) may be required to be returned back to VLAND, if the part is repairable or required for assessment to analyse the problem with the part, in this case the buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with posting these part(s) back to VLAND.

Our liability at any and all times, and under all circumstances, will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.
