This is a project bag. She is old and dry. I have done one round of leather CPR but she needs more love and time that I don’t have. Her strap piping is cracked badly. She has stains, nicks, scratches and the hardware has verdigris. There is busted piping on 3 corners of the bag. One of the three isn’t completely a hole yet but on its way. Also I’m not sure of the color. It’s not British Tan, saddle maybe??
