Hitachi VT-38EM Multi-System VCR Video Deck – PAL/NTSC/SECAM – Partially Tested

Unit powers on and has been partially tested. It is able to play, fast forward, rewind, and record.

There are some issues to note:

The eject function is inconsistent and does not always push the tape out far enough for easy removal

At times, the unit may repeatedly pull the tape in and out

Playback picture appeared somewhat fuzzy during testing

Includes original remote and manual. Remote has been tested and is working (batteries not included).
