Shipping:

• Ex-works shipping available. Message us if you want to use your own label or arrange your own courier. (Buyer assumes all risk once item leaves our facility if using own shipping arrangements).

• Shipping within 3 business days.
• If shipped using a Refurboo label paid for by the buyer, Refurboo is responsible for the package until delivery; buyer assumes risk after delivery.

Included Items / Accessories / Software

• Everything shown in the photos is included. If it's not shown, it's not included.
• Only items pictured are included; no extra accessories, manuals, or cables unless explicitly shown.
• Licenses/software/firmware are not included unless explicitly stated. All devices/equipment will be wiped. Customer is responsible for re-installing firmware and licenses if required for certain products.
• All items are tested for basic functionality unless sold as parts only.

Item Condition:

• NEW - Sealed box, unused.
• NOB - New and unused, but factory seal or packaging opened.
• REF - Refurbished item; fully tested for functionality; may show minor cosmetic wear.
• USED - Used condition; any functional or cosmetic issues described per item. Minor cosmetic wear may exist even if not listed
• PARTS ONLY - Defective, partially working, or for parts only.

Return Policy:

• 30-day returns. Replacement or money back, depending on availability.
• Returns due to incompatibility may be denied. Please verify hardware/software compatibility before purchase.
• Items returned must be in the same condition as received; shipping costs for returns are buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
