Monitor is pre-owned and for parts. As you can see in the second picture, horizontal lines have formed on the entirety of the bottom half of the screen. The top half has no issues. Small scratch on the back left face. Sound and ports are working. Power cord included, HDMI cable is not included. Photos are actual item for sale packaged straight from a smoke-free environment. SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE! It is my highest priority to ensure the item you see pictured arrives to you in the same condition as seen in photos secured with plenty of shipping material. I do not offer returns and will once again reiterate that this is being sold as broken with the damages seen.
