All CDs have been tested to work without issue.  Some have a few marks and scratches as they are used.  CD cases may have the odd crack in although bad ones will be changed before shipping (depending on supplies of spares)** Please note that shipping costs include all applicable costs associated with shipping the product - delivery costs, packaging costs etc.  We always ensure that your parcel arrives in top condition by using excellent materials to ship.  We also ONLY ship now via tracked services which show when an item has been delivered due to an increase in parcels going missing in transit using standard services **
