Description
Alembic Electrum 1983 Used Electric Guitar
Founded in 1969 by Ron Wickersham and others, Alembic continues to handcraft unique, high-end basses and guitars in California, featuring laminated body/neck construction, exotic woods, original pickups and circuits, and brass hardware.
The body wings are made of walnut, and the neck is constructed from three-piece maple with flame maple in the center.
The sustain and clear, unadulterated tone across all frequencies, characteristic of a neck-through construction, is a supreme sound that can only be experienced with Alembic.
Regarding the condition, there are some scratches and dents due to age and use, but considering its age of over 40 years, there is no significant damage and it remains in good condition.
Other modifications include repair of a crack in the bridge pickup, replacement of the internal circuitry to match the original specifications, and replacement of the backplate and backplate mounting screws, but these do not affect its functionality.

Neck Woods: 3-piece Maple
Fingerboard wood: Ebony
Scale length: 25.50in
