It features a spruce top, rosewood sides and back, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, open gold tuners, snowflake fingerboard inlays, forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, and a vertical logo. This is a prestigious model that follows the vintage-flavored specifications that are the roots of the D-45. It combines the powerful sound characteristic of a dreadnought with brilliant harmonics. It has the sparkling high harmonics typical of the 40s series, along with a rich and deep resonance. The sound separation is clear, and it can play a wide range of tones, from powerful tones to delicate ones. Unlike the "45," the "42" is characterized by its strong soft resonance. An L.R.
