Yamaha L-31A Used Acoustic Guitar 1981

This is a 1981 L-31A with Terry Nakamoto's signature on the label.

The wood is solid spruce top, solid jacaranda sides and back, a slightly slim V-shaped mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge.

It produces a heavy, explosive sound from the body.

Condition
There are many dents overall, particularly noticeable on the neck.

Other scratches, scuffs, paint discoloration, and tarnishing of the parts are present.

The neck binding has shrunk, creating a gap between the binding and the nut, but this does not affect playability. *The binding has been re-glued once due to shrinkage.

The truss rod has approximately 40 degrees of adjustment range in the loosening direction and approximately 90 degrees in the tightening direction.

The truss rod cover and nut have been replaced.
