My eyeglass holders are approx. 27" long.  I use Beadalon wire which is made in USA.  

All my charms are Tibet Antique Silver and they are nickel and lead free.

 

Attached lobster clasps just in case you need to replace the rubber ends.

Lobster clasps and charms are attached with stainless steel double loop jump rings.
