Not sure if this was used for ID cards, fancy stationary or what

Feed the foil roll through to the front and wind it. Turn on the machine and adjust the temperature to desired heat. Let it warm up, press down and heat transfer the foil to what you're intending to cover. The machine has a lot of adjustments to suit the user. I used a piece of cardboard under the tag I was foiling to elevate it a bit - but the press goes down pretty far and hard.
