Brand new without box. The box had very heavy water damage which was not worth saving. Unfortunately, the manual fell victim to some of that water which affects the whole booklet. It is still usable and intact, but it just doesn't look that good. The water damage is all along the bottom of the book. Set is complete otherwise including sticker sheet and bags #1-6. These are all still sealed and have not been opened. The bricks were unaffected by the water damage and look great!
