You are buying on a used  " Original Capcom Cartridge CPS III  Darksoft Super Bios re-flashed ARCADE BOARD PCB , in working condition " .

The Cartridge had the suicide battery removed and it was re-flashed with the Darksoft Superbios V3.0. The cartridge will let you re-flash your motherboard, test your flash SIMMs, etc  

You are buying just the cartridge. The motherboard, wiring, monitor, etc are not included and they were used to demonstrate it functionality.

This cartridge has some scratches and it has a custom label,.
