I have strived to clean this item, but you may find stains, dust, dirt, and fading of the finish. This item is part of a large and diverse collection left by my late father.  I do not have specific information about the history of this item.  I will be listing more items on eBay over the next few weeks and months as I go through the inventory of his collection.  We are a non-smoking household.
