This Santa was created by the Memory Company. First in a limited edition, numbered 271/1000.

He stands approx. 7.5" alone and 8" with the base. The base does show some age and wear. Scratches and nicks on edge. And has a brass-like plaque on front. The Santa does not attach to base.

I am not sure what year he was produced.

I think this statue is made of a hard resin material.
