  1. -I inspect every book and give it an honest rating. No generic text describing a vague class of books! 

  1. -I back that rating up with pictures of the exact item. l take as many as I need to show condition, good and bad. (If a seller is only showing you a stock image, you might as well put that money on blackjack!)

  1. -I will ship the next business day in most cases - sometimes even the same day! 

  1. -I package each book to survive any trip. I won't close the package until I am sure the book won't budge.
