If you're located in Alaska, Hawaii, a PO Box, APO, FPO, or a U.S. Protectorate, please contact us before purchasing. In many cases, we can arrange shipment to your location, depending on the item.

Freight Orders

For larger freight items:

Residential Deliveries: Freight items may not be deliverable to certain residences or apartments. If you're planning delivery to a residence or apartment, please contact us before ordering to discuss any additional arrangements that may be required.

Long-Distance Freight: For items traveling long distances from Washington State, shipments may be interlined with another freight carrier. This can result in additional tracking information being required. If you have any questions during transit, please reach out to us for updates.

All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
