Brand new. No tags, brand mark, stamp or signature. Never used. Not sure exactly what the materials are- my best guess would be stainless steel pendant with a (coated?) cotton rope cord? I notice a few very slight surface scratches, but nothing serious. They are only visible under close examination with bright lighting, when the pendant is held at a certain angle.
