This is the 20.75" BARREL & 10RD OUTER MAGAZINE TUBE off of a Winchester Model 190 22 LR Rifle. It's in good used condition with handling dings & scuffs from use.  The barrel is stamped:  WINCHESTER- .22 L OR LR - MODEL 190 - MADE NEW HAVEN, CONN.- U.S OF AMERICA.
