I'm selling this great vintage fish set for 6 in chrome plated NS (nickle silver, similar to EPNS), with 6 fish knives and 6 forks, featuring a "shield" pattern in a brilliant silver with glamorous faux mother of pearl handles.

The set is for a service for 6 people, though of course, not necessarily, you could eat alone or with a friend.

Made in Sheffield, England, of stainless steel with a highly-polished finish, these fish knives and forks come in their original case, making them perfect for showing off.

They are about 60-70 years old and have been used, but they are in really excellent condition.

I suspect age, original deign, or possibly a washing machine, might been guilty, as the handles seem to be ever so slightly short.

The red cardboard presentation box measures 23 x 13.5 x 6 cm and is faded by age on the outside.

The inside glows as you open it.

This is a very collectable set from the 1950s, for any serious fish course dinner party or just to own in your dining room.
