All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the item and destination. Tracking information will be uploaded to eBay once the shipment is dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship internationally through eBay's International Shipping Program. We ship the package to the eBay shipping hub in the United States, and eBay handles the international delivery on our behalf.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. If eBay allows checkout to your country, we are able to ship the item to you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered", the shipment will generally be considered successfully delivered according to the carrier's confirmation. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office if you cannot locate the package.
