Returns on CDs/DVDs

All items are sold "AS IS."  Unfortunately I can NOT accept refunds, returns or exchanges and no returns please for this specific item given as for the pure reason that all CDs/DVDs can be easily copied.

*** While some or all of my listings (especially for CDs and DVDs) are non-refundable/non-return, I am committed to my customers satisfaction.  In the rare event that the condition of your purchase is received significantly differently than as described,  please contact me within 3 days upon receipt before leaving feedback so I can attempt to rectify the situation.  Returns must contain ALL THE ORIGINAL items, packing, and the package. Also I do keep digital copies of all CDs in case of a dispute of track quality. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping  Damages:

I do NOT have control over cost or shipping and any LOSS or DAMAGE, and I am sorry but I CANNOT be held responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit. Once they are delivered to the Post Office it is out of my hands.

Shipping:

I do COMBINE SHIPPING for multiple auctions and accept PayPal ONLY. Just add all into cart and send a request for invoice. However, eBay doesn't always process combined shipping properly and thus I have no problem refunding overages in shipping charges if eBay's shipping calculator doesn't process this amount correctly. I refund via PayPal ONLY!

Item ships via USPS MEDIA MAIL domestically and comes packed with either in CD shipping mailer or cardboard backing and bubble wrap envelope and/or both to protect against damage while in transit. All items ordered are very meticulously and securely packed for domestic and international shipping.
