• Due to security concerns, we reserve the right to cancel orders for newly registered buyers, buyers with low feedback count, buyers without a verified address, buyer that use a P.O. Box or any other buyer that raises security concerns. We also DO NOT SHIP to freight-forwarding hubs, and such orders WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION. If you are a foreign buyer shipping an item outside of the US, please use eBay Global Shipping program. 
• Returns are accepted within 30 days and only for used and new items. Items sold AS IS, are not eligible for refunds. We can offer full refunds only if the item is returned to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide partial refunds or any type of refund without having the item returned to us.
• As per eBay policy, full refunds (including shipping costs) apply to damaged items, items not matching the listing description, or wrong item received. If the item is returned for any other reason than the ones mentioned above, shipping cost are not refundable and a 14% restocking fee applies.
