Shipping & Handling

Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.

If you need parts urgently and the 2pm dispatch cut-off has passed, please call us as we may still be able to ship your order the same day.

We use trusted carriers including DPD and Royal Mail. While we aim for prompt delivery, delays caused by shipping providers are outside our control.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any discrepancies or damage.

Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, corrosion or material fatigue from extended use.

Warranty conditions:

  • Applies to the original purchaser only
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Repaired or replaced items carry the remaining warranty period of the original item

Costs relating to labour or loss of use are not covered.

If repair or replacement is not possible we reserve the right to offer an equivalent replacement or partial refund based on remaining product life.
