Welcome to our shop! Founded in 2018, we specialize in finding unique treasures from a variety of estates. We do our best to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions for every item. The about item section / item specific section are prefilled and not updated to fit item being sold. Please refer to the title, photos, and full description for the correct details of the item being sold.  Please note that we may not be able to offer additional details beyond what’s shown in the listing. For answers to common questions, please check our shop rules below. 

Purchasing Conditions

By buying an item, you agree and acknowledge the following:

• Please review all photos and description carefully before bidding or buying. You will receive the exact item shown. Listings with multiple quantities may vary slightly
• Specific section / about item section is not updated to reflect details of item. Please refer to photos for accurate details
• Items price and shipping are not negotiable
• Measurements when available will be shown in item photos
• All items are sold as shown. Items are not inspected beyond what is visible. Any known damage will be shown in the photos or noted in the description
• Items will be stated untested or tested. Not all can be fully tested due to time or equipment limits. All untested items are sold in as is condition.
• All sales are final. No returns or refunds. If a return is approved, the item must be sent back in the same condition with all original packaging and parts. 

 Shipping Terms

• Orders ship within 1-4 business days.
• Oversized (over 20") items shipped by UPS or FedEx cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. These items are quoted using a flat shipping rate. If actual shipping costs exceed the quote by $15 or more, the order will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for faster shipping. Ground Advantage does not guarantee delivery dates. Items may ship FedEx economy instead of USPS ground depending on pickup schedule.
• Items sold for under $10 may be shipped in a bubble mailer. Clothing/Fabric under $20
• Local pickup in Romeo MI only available for oversized items, such as furniture. We apologize small items are no longer able to be picked up.

For specific categories

• Combined shipping is available for items priced $5 or more, under $5 do not qualify. Any items labeled "lot" do not qualify for combined shipping, as they are pre-packaged. We do not sell items separately out of lots.
• International must checkout with items in their cart for combined orders. A shipping refund will be sent after shipment. I do not see full shipping price only price to distribution center to be able to refund. 
• Combined shipping is not guaranteed to be cheaper than buying items separately.
• For combined orders of two or more items, you can request a invoice in your cart or check out as usual. If the shipping cost is lower than charged, a refund will be issued after shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours to process and combine invoices
• All shipping prices are correctly quoted and will not be reduced or waived
• If you have questions about how a certain item will be shipped, please ask before purchase. We are not able to honor any shipping requests put in checkout notes.
• If USPS delivers an item marked as damaged, missing contents, or broken, the buyer must contact USPS to file a claim.
• If an item arrives damaged, a return request must be opened to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. All returns must be sent back. No exceptions
• Our shop is not responsible for carrier errors, including lost packages or address issues. Any compensation must wait until eBay resolves the claim.
• Buyers must keep all packing materials if an item arrives damaged for carrier review. 

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 4 days of the auction ending or invoice date. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled and the item forfeited.

•  Listed prices are firm. We do not accept price offers
•  Shipping costs are quoted as accurately as possible using reliable, cost-effective methods. Due to shipping and packaging expenses, we cannot offer cheaper options
